How do I receive my template after purchase?

 

Your template downloads are delivered instantly after checkout. You will receive an email with a secure download link, and you can also access your files at any time from your account.

 

What's included in each template?

 

Each template ships with a complete, pre-built Notion workspace, plus a step-by-step setup guide (PDF) that walks you through connecting your pages, adding your projects and clients, and launching your first workflow.

 

Do I need a paid Notion plan?

 

No. All Flowfolio templates work on Notion's free Personal plan. Some advanced database features are optional and only enhance the experience if you choose a paid plan.

 

Can I edit and customize the templates?

 

Yes, that's the point. Every template is fully editable. Rename pages, add or remove properties, change labels, and restyle anything to match the way you actually work.

 

Can I use Flowfolio templates for my clients or agency?

 

Yes. A single purchase includes a one-user license for the buyer and their direct client work. For agencies and teams that need to deploy templates across multiple members, please contact us about team licensing.

 

Do you offer refunds?

 

Because these are instant digital downloads, sales are final. That said, if a template is not working as described, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right or offer a replacement.

 

Will the templates be updated?

 

Yes. Templates are regularly improved, and owners can request the latest version at any time by contacting us with their purchase email.

 

I'm new to Notion. Can I still use these templates?

 

Absolutely. The setup guide assumes zero prior knowledge, and each template includes a start-here page that explains every section. You will be up and running the same day.
